Our Story
Emily Franchett started her design studio in 2021 when a mentor encouraged her to explore her passion for creating a world of joy through beautiful and connecting spaces. With a degree in Studio Art: Painting (and a work background in staging) her eye was already trained in color theory, texture layering and spatial awareness so it was an easy transition into the interior design world.
She has always known her path would lead her here, one way or another. Growing up, it always brought her so much joy to rearrange her room, help her mom or friends spice up their spaces with their existing decor and constantly in awe of the spaces she would travel to. The world of interiors just always made sense!
Incorporating the old with the new is a specialty Emily prides herself on when creating a home that reflects the past, present and future of her clients world. Whether you're in transition or want a refresh in your existing nest, she has the ability to see beyond the existing layout or the empty walls. Like a painting, a home has layers and those layers tell your story.
